Sign Up Process

Thank you for choosing to become an official!! You have made a decision to make a difference in kids’ lives, and have a lot of fun doing it. There are three steps that you will need to make to get started. This page will help guide you along the way with information that will help you with everything you need to do and know. Of course, if you get stuck along the way, or you find that your question isn’t answered here, please amail us at info@efoa-ny.com, and we will help you!

Step 1- Sign Up Online

Step one is sign up with us on our Sign Up page. Once you do, someone will contact you to talk further.

Step 2- Battle Fields 2 Ball Fields

Are you a Military Vet? Please check out the Battle Fields 2 Ball Fields program. This program helps cover some start up costs associated with joining our association.

Step 3- Fingerprinting and Affidavit

We need to get your Fingerprints and the Sectional Affidavit taken care of. This is an important step, because you can’t do any games without these!! Please see the registration steps below. Please note that there are two pathways for fingerprinting. You will need to do whichever situation applies to you. Either way, you must also complete the Affidavit. All links to appropriate forms are in the document below.

Step 4- Register with us for an account

Register with us for an online account. Once approved, you will have access to more information.
